At what time is the site normally updated? |
Generally speaking, the ETFs page is updated between 7:30pm EST and 8:00pm EST. The Kaufman Report itself is updated on most nights after 10:00pm EST. The Kaufman Report is handwritten, so times may vary drastically (even as late as the morning before the market has opened), and although the report is written on most nights there will be times with no report at all.

On the ETFs page, are new highs/lows based on closing or intraday prices? |
New highs and lows on the ETFs page are all based on closing prices, which we feel to be more important than intraday highs and lows.

How do I perform a certain function on the ETFs page? |
Please see the How To Use Our Site Section on the Home page. If you are wondering about whether it is possible to perform a function not listed there, please use the Contact page to submit your question to us. We will respond to your inquiry via email, and the site will be updated accordingly.

Frames do not appear to be displaying properly on my computer. What can I do? |
Our site is best viewed using Mozilla Firefox. We recommend users use Firefox in order to increase speed and minimalize problems you may encounter. Frames displaying improperly may also be a function of using an old version of Internet Explorer or a screen resolution which does not properly fit your monitor.

I sent you a question via the Contact page and have not received an answer. How long does this normally take? |
Questions and comments sent to us may take a few days to answer, we have a small staff working on the site and there may be times when no one is available to answer questions on any specific day(s). We will respond as quickly as we can, and questions that are asked by multiple users will be added to this section of the website.
